Hemkund Automation was founded in 2017 by Gurmeet S. Anand, with 30+ years of industrial automation experience in Sales, Marketing, Projects and Senior Management — with his last post as VP – Sales and Marketing at Lectrotek Systems.

Hemkund Automation aims to deliver world-class products and solutions in Process Measurement, Control, SCADA, IIoT and Automation — with a bouquet of manufactured products and automation solutions, with an aim of Delivering Solutions.

2017

Founded in Pune

Hemkund Automation LLP established by Gurmeet S. Anand, focusing on large LED displays and process measurement instruments.

2018

First Steel Plant Project

First large-format display installation at a major steel facility — entry into the core industrial sector.

2019

Marsh-Bellofram Distributorship

Appointed authorised Indian distributor for Marsh-Bellofram USA electropneumatic converters and regulators.

2021

BPSL & SAIL Bhilai Projects

Delivered landmark display installations at BPSL and SAIL Bhilai — cementing Hemkund's position in the steel sector.

2022

IIoT & SCADA Division

Expanded into Industry 4.0 — IIoT gateways, SCADA on Elipse E3, KingView and WinCC platforms.

2024

JSW BF5 — Flagship Project

Completed the comprehensive Blast Furnace 5 display system at JSW Steel, Torangallu — our most complex project to date.

30+ years in industrial automation spanning Sales, Marketing, Projects and Senior Management. Former VP – Sales & Marketing at Lectrotek Systems. Founded Hemkund Automation in 2017 with a vision to deliver world-class automation products and solutions.

Karan Anand

Partner, Co-Founder & Operations Head

Leads all operations, project delivery, site execution and commissioning activities. Ensures every installation — from LED video walls to custom multi-parameter panels — is delivered on time, on spec and fully documented.
